The power of nature at paws reach: a discovery that will make history

SANYpet — FORZA10 has recently released, in addition to the ones already out in major international journals*, further research of revolutionary impact on the health of dogs and cats.

The power of nature: Medicinal plants

Medicinal plants and their extracts have a significant anti-toxic effect against oxytetracycline, public enemy number one for the health of dogs and cats, not to mention “of course” their precious antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating properties. This is what the Department of Research and Development SANYpet FORZA10, under the guidance of the illustrious immunologist, Prof. Giuseppe Terrazzano, proved scientifically, publishing a research entitled “In vitro effects of some botanicals with anti-inflammatory and anti-toxic activity” in the prestigious journal Journal of Immunology Research. This research renders the scientific basis of our work even more concrete and strong, confirming the path, and corroborating the effectiveness of our functional diets that embrace nature and exploit herbal extracts to pursue "health through nutrition." This is exactly what remains consistently our greatest and continuing objective, before which new revolutionary scenarios open up, thanks to the extraordinary power of nature and the contribution in terms of skills and knowledge of our "green man" Dr. Gianandrea Guidetti, pharmacist and expert in herbal medicine to which study he’s always been dedicated.

The power of nature: the superheroes

Plants, the true phyto superheroes of the organism, stimulate the reaction of the immune system and play a very important detoxifying antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action, confirming its position as crucial allies in the fight for the welfare of dogs and cats.In our research we studied the anti-inflammatory properties in vitro of a pool of 13 plants - with proven immunomodulatory properties - included in a nutraceutical diet. We also evaluated the ability of these plants to counter the pro-inflammatory effect and highly toxic oxytetracycline in vitro, with extremely positive results.

The power of nature: against the oxytetracycline

Tetracyclines, and particularly oxytetracycline, are responsible for many chronic diseases that attack the health of humans and pets alike, who may very frequently take this antibiotic residues through the bone consumption as such or contained in flour meat, used very frequently in the production of pet food based on meat and factory farmed meat products.* This essential result encourages us in our continued scientific research, a constant work in progress, to realize that diets can support the healing process, to constantly evaluate the effectiveness of the above formulas, preserving and strengthening the health status: the most important thing in the world.
