Sensitive Digestion to treat empty stomach syndrome

"My dachshund was diagnosed with empty stomach syndrome where he would vomit in the middle of the night right before he was fed in the early morning.
I didn’t think it could be the food he was on because there were no other symptoms. So we tried some medications and that didn’t help either, so we decided that maybe it was the food.
